The present general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and duties of the parties involved in sales performed through the web site available at www.diverinternational.com. They provide the applicable rules for all steps of the purchasing and ordering process. These conditions apply to non-reseller individuals, aged at least 18 and legally able to contract.

The DLM SAS company (“the supplier”) has the right to adapt or modify the present general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In case of modifications, the general terms and conditions of sale that apply are the ones in place at the time when the order is submitted. The latest modification date is available at the top of this page.

The SUPPLIER is committed to honor all orders received from www.diverinternational.com within the limit of available stocks. In the event where the product is out of stock, the supplier is committed to inform the customer about the availability delay, propose another similar product, or make a reimbursement.

All orders imply acceptance of prices and product descriptions available at sale time, as well as the present general terms and conditions of sale, without exceptions or reserves. The order is final and taken into account after the validation of the payment representing 100% of the product price. After submitting an order, the customer will receive a confirmation message via email, with a summary of the order content and the shipping address to be used. The customer is required to keep this message to prove the purchase transaction. The product prices are in euros, include all applicable taxes and exclude the shipping fees. The supplier has the right to modify them in case of tax increases, in particular the value added tax, or in case of an obvious error. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the provided price at the time of the transaction. In addition to the product price, the customer will be charged a shipping fee whose amount will appear on the order form prior to its validation. This fee will also include an insurance subscription for the loss, theft or degradation of the shipped items, up to a given amount.

  • The shipping fee to an address in Metropolitan France is 6 €, taxes included
  • The shipping fee to an address in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy, The United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal is 10 €, taxes included

The customer may use the following forms of payment for his order:

  • Credit cards. The supplier accepts French credit cards with the CB logo and international VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards. Specify your credit card number, expiration date and the name of the card holder. You must also specify the 3 digit security number that you will find at the back of your card.
  • Personal checks in case of payment with multiple installments. The ownership transfer will become effective when the last check is processed. Be aware that the risks related to loss and damages are transferred to the customer as soon as the ordered products are used.

After the order confirmation and payment validation, the supplier is committed to provide the shipper with all references ordered by the purchaser within the limit of available stocks. In case of unavailability, the supplier will provide the provisional delay. The shipper is contractually bound to the supplier to deliver the order at the address provided by the purchaser.

For shipments outside Metropolitan France, the customer is committed to pay all import and custom taxes, added value taxes and any other taxes required by the governing Laws of the country where the order is delivered. The supplier cannot be liable or legally engaged if the customer does not pay all required taxes that may apply to the product.

All orders made to the supplier are reserved for the customer personal usage. The product recipient is forbidden to resell the products, partially or totally.

Possible delays do not grant the customer the right to request damages or compensations. Shipping will be using the Colissimo services of the French postal office. It will be made to the address specified by the customer. Instructions will be provided by the shipper in case of absence at the time of delivery.

The customer will pay special attention to the proper operation of the delivered item, and read the instruction manual that is provided.

The purchaser has the right to return the product under the conditions specified in this document. The following cases of force majeure allow the supplier to cancel his obligation to deliver the product: war, riots, fires, strikes, accidents, and inability to be supplied. The supplier has the right to change the shipper in case of force majeure.
Goods always travel at the risks of the recipient. Always make sure to verify your parcel upon delivery and record any objections on the delivery form if the parcel is damaged or opened (even partially). Be aware that you usually have a maximum delay to make any requests to the shipper in case of damages.

An order may be subject to multiple shipments due to availability reasons. In such a case, the customer will be charged only one shipping fee. If the customer requests two shipping addresses or dates, 2 orders are required, with separate shipping fees applicable to both.
